Each 60 minute session will be custom tailored to the sensitivity of your own needs, working on building confidence, managing pain and toning your body with unique, easy maneuvered hand held equipment. Physical correction and healing is only achievable with a focused and positive mind, therefore each session includes some level of life coaching or visualizations through hypnotherapy or self hypnosis training. With each session, your being will feel more centered, balanced and rejuvenated, so you can achieve a new level of energy and vitality!
