Hypno-Fitness Is centered on you!

In order for you to achieve the best results possible, I will test your body fat% along with calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate) which is the number of calories that your body needs to function at the most basic level. Using this figure we will be able to calculate the amount of calories you will need to eat, so you will have plenty of energy for your work-out. We will also calculate your target heart rate so we both know the safest range for you to begin your work-out and start to feel like "You" again.
